Returns and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the product.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning a product under the 14-day right of withdrawal is paid by the customer.

To arrange a return, you must first submit a return request through our website or contact our customer service team. After your request has been accepted, we will provide the correct return address, return instructions and, where available, a return shipping label.

The cost of the return label or return shipment remains your responsibility. The applicable cost will be communicated to you before the return label is confirmed. Please do not return a product without first registering the return.

If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery or different from the product ordered, CarOptions will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Condition of Returned Products

The product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.

Please package the product carefully to prevent damage during return transportation.

Returning an Installed CarPlayBox

A CarPlayBox may be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period, even if it has been installed.

The purchase price of the returned product will be refunded, provided the product is returned in accordance with this policy. Costs relating to an installation service that has already been fully performed at your request are not refundable.

How to Return Your Order

1. Submit your return request within 14 days after receiving your order.

2. Wait for our return instructions, return address and, where available, return label.

3. Package the product securely with all supplied parts and accessories.

4. Send the product back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

5. Retain your proof of shipment until your refund has been completed.

Returns sent without prior registration may take longer to process.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered for the order.

Any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable. Return shipping costs are also not refundable, except where the product is defective, damaged upon delivery or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that the product has been shipped.

The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the applicable refund conditions have been met.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed during the withdrawal period at the customer’s express request and with the customer’s prior acknowledgement, including completed installation services where applicable.
